Controlotron SonicGas accurately measures the flow rate of gases while providing the added performance, safety, economy and convenience of a cavity-free design. This new high-precision Transit-time ultrasonic flowmeter provides certifiable custody transfer accuracy. SonicGas eliminates the complex and expensive maintenance typical of intrusive type sensors. The system uses Controlotron's award winning WideBeam™ transducer technology and includes Zeromatic Path™ capability which eliminates all zero drift. This allows zero to be set without shutting flow and blocking lines.

Models are available with 1 to 4 Beams in diametric reflect-mode configuration providing the equivalent of 2 to 8 chordal paths of flow data which are insensitive to crossflow and swirl errors. A wide variety of safety certifications, communications options and control outputs are also available.
