The 1010LD provides leak detection on pipeline segments as long as 100 miles and is based on actual mass flow balance rather than mathematical modeling. It is essentially free from false alarms and is recognized for its extreme sensitivity and timeliness of leak alarm. In addition to leak detection, the 1010LD has the ability to locate the leak to within 10 meters, depending on the pipeline segment length and operating conditions.
