Area Sales Engineer
Location: North of England/Scotland

The Role:
Assuming control of all existing and potential customers within the north of England and Scotland
Exploiting maximum business opportunities with customers
Taking responsibility of maintaining and exceeding sales targets within the given area
Participating in sales activities including: customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations and customer seminars.
Producing quarterly sales forecasts in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager

Field Service/Support Engineer

The Role:
To service, maintain, install, commission and calibration of Field Mounted Instrumentation (in particular their range of Nucleonic Level products). You will also be involved with assisting site personnel and acting as consultant, trouble shooting when necessary.
You will be responsible for several customer sites located within the UK either offshore or
onshore covering the Oil & Gas and Processing Industries.
The Successful Candidate:
Due to our continued growth, we require a reliable, well-organised, confident and enthusiastic individual to carry out the duties as described reporting directly to the Technical Manager.
The successful candidate will be well presented, highly organised, outgoing and able to use their initiative and problem solving abilities to complete their responsibilities accurately, appropriately and conscientiously and with the minimum of supervision, and all within an environment involving multiple concurrent system implementations.
Initial Product training will be provided and on a continuous basis.
Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in either Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Industrial Measurement & Control.
Background: Relevant apprenticeship, plus at least 2 years experience in the maintenance, calibration, installation and commissioning of instrumentation, i.e. Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow up to PC based Microprocessors, plus some Analytical Equipment.

The Role

Internal Sales Engineer
Location: Lower Earley, Reading, Berkshire

The Role: The position is based at the Reading office and is a front line post within a dedicated Sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager and working alongside the external Sales personel, the successful candidate will be responsible for the duties listed below:
Quotations: To provide technically and commercially competent quotations and completed tenders to a high standard and within agreed deadlines
Sales Support: To provide technical support materials for direct sale customers and occasionally export agents.
To provide an immediate / same day response to UK customers (new and existing).
To liase within the company at all levels on pre and post sales issues.
Routine follow up on quotations and sales leads.
Occasionally arranging sales visits.
Other duties may include:-
Control of departmental quality documentation and internal audit processes.
Attendance at exhibitions
Occasional outside sales calls.
The Successful Candidate:
General
We are looking for a self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work both independently and within a team. A desire to achieve consistently high quality results is a necessary quality for this post, as are good organisational skills. The administrative components of this role require a good level of accuracy and close attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as the job will involve a high degree of customer liaison. A mature and professional approach to dealing with customer is essential.
Education
A good educational background is required, with a minimum of HNC/HND from an engineering or scientific discipline. An excellent working understanding of common computer software packages will also be an important feature of the position.
Previous Work Experience
12 months experience of working in similar role will be required. A background in instrumentation, control and/or process products will be essential. We are looking for a good communicator with a mature and professional outlook, who can integrate quickly and will make a significant impact to our growing sales team.

The Role:
The successful candidate will help to improve the existing structured project management and system implementation process involving:
• Collating, submitting, filing and general organisation of project documentation
• Expediting of sub-suppliers and customers for documentation submittals and reviews
• Organization of project orders from receipt to delivery
• Assisting project engineers with the above with respect to major orders
• Depending upon available skill sets, production of customer drawings and documentation
• Setting up and implementing certain document systems
Qualifications:
• A-Levels, National Diploma, NVQ Level III or higher qualification
• Relevant industry (process instrumentation / engineering) experience would be beneficial
• Experienced project engineer / administrator
Personal:
• Confident, outgoing and well organised, with drive, initiative and enthusiasm
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
